Spider pest control
(Sydney and Central Coast)
Australia is host to more than 2000 spider species, some of which find their way into our homes and workplaces. This is particularly true in cool seasons, when spiders seek the warmth of buildings to set up their nests.
You’re in good company if your heart skips a beat when coming face to face with one of these critters – especially if you have arachnophobia.
Although most spiders are harmless to humans, some are deadly and their bites require urgent medical attention. Check out our spider identification chart (please don’t touch any spiders).
Signs of a possible spider infestation at your property:
- Spider webs inside and around the building
- Silken sacs on windows or walls (these can contain spider eggs)
- An abundance of flying insects (food supply) around your home
- Frequently seeing spiders inside the building
Spiders in your building could indicate an underlying pest problem of another kind – as they love to feast on insects.
How we control spiders from your home or workplace:
1. Identify the spider species
2. Spray a suitable chemical onto gardens, fences, around windows sills, external walls, roof eaves, garden sheds, garages, and blasting powder into roof voids and sub floors (all entry points)
3. A follow up maybe required in a few weeks to make sure there have been no more spider sightings
Please note: our chemicals are allergy tested!
